I spend more and more time worrying about the little things, when I should really look at what I have. Two great kids, who are my biggest motivators to eat better, do more and relax and play games with them. I keep finding myself wondering what I would do without them, and the answer is simple NOTHING! I keep going because my kids keep going.
I also find it easier to play kickball and run the bases a few times a to keep my energy up all the while playing with my kids at the same time

make a list of the good things going on in your life. 306
Whenever I feel myself slipping back into my old habits of self deprecation I make a list of all the good changes I have made and positive things going on in my life. This really does help to bring my self esteem back up!
I find if I look in the mirror ever morning and smile.It makes my whole day better.Look at the bright side of things not the negative.. When you feel like things are so bad in life.Alway look into the positive things about the situation.
