I have an exercise ball and a medicine ball in my classroom, so I do exercises that incorporate them, and also do a lot of the exercises that are featured on Sparkpeople (for core).

Every second counts
Sometimes procrastination slows down my goals - so I use this mantra "Every second counts!" It helps me remember to live life NOW. It helps me squash lies like, "Oh this one little bite won't hurt" or "I will start Monday" or "That was so good I should have a second helping". Every second counts!
Don't let fear keep you from doing the things you want to do. You may be concerned about what other people will think. Don't let other people dictate how you live your life. Do what makes you happy! Live your life to the fullest! Make every second count.
When I am totally exhausted when exercising on the treadmill I have a trick to push through it. It helps so much with passing each minute by faster and keeps my attention on counting rather then being tired!
