Substitute For Cocunut Milk



Save a ton of calories over regular coconut milk and even light coconut milk - use Vanilla Almond Milk with a dash of coconut extract added instead!

More Information:

Just a touch of extract is all you need and you can use the sweetened vanilla almond milk for 60 cals per cup or the unsweetened vanilla for 40 cals per cup. It's more comparable to Light coconut milk in consistency.
