I never could keep a secret. Well, at least not if it could benefit someone else. I went surfing for some noise, white noise that is, as I have a challenge in sleeping restfully - so I keep searching. At simplynoise.com I found not only white, but also pink & brown noise. There's a timer which I find helpful & the "noise" can be set to oscillate if you like the sound of surf. Ah, success...& its free. (I'm going to try the thunderstorm some afternoon when I just want to rest.)

Every time I get up from my computer to go to the restroom, I do intervals of 20 seconds jumping jacks,10 seconds rest; 20 seconds high knees, 10 seconds rest; 20 seconds jump rope followed by 10 seconds rest. And finally, I do 20 squats or 20 wall pushups. It wakes me up and allows me to add a few extra fitness minutes into my day. It really adds up.
Having a hard time exercising in your target heart rate zone? Maybe you need to check your resting heart rate! If you are getting regular cardio, your resting heart rate will decrease. Since your target heart rate is based on your resting heart rate, it's important to periodically check your resting heart rate and adjust your target heart rate as your resting heart rate decreases.

Let this "rest" at least an hour. You may add herbs, as well, but with flavorful veg underneath you may not need any.
