Hard Boiled Eggs




At only 90 calories, hard boiled eggs are a great way to eat healthy! two for breakfast and you should be able to keep going until lunch. Low carb, nutrient rich and ready when you are! A few hard boiled eggs are always good to keep around. Happy Eating!

  • It's always good to eat a carb and protein together to stay full longer. For me, I have 1-2 boiled eggs with 1 piece of whole-grain bread. That keeps me full until snack or lunch, depending on how early I was up and when I ate breakfast. - by COCONUTPRINCESS
