In October I started walking again!! I decided to make a calendar that I could put on my fridge and see just how many days I exercised in a row. I went and bought a rubber stamp of 4 different hearts that I use when I have walked for the day . . "heart health" !! It has helped me tremendously!! Every day I walk or ride bike I put a heart on the calendar. I love seeing the hearts fill the days of the month!!
