In October I started walking again!! I decided to make a calendar that I could put on my fridge and see just how many days I exercised in a row. I went and bought a rubber stamp of 4 different hearts that I use when I have walked for the day . . "heart health" !! It has helped me tremendously!! Every day I walk or ride bike I put a heart on the calendar. I love seeing the hearts fill the days of the month!!

    I've been thinking of this the last day or so, and am going to make one now to fit in my workout log and one to be next to my computer table in the front room. emoticon

    I log the miles I run/walk, and it's fun to see them all add up, and then see if I can beat last month's total - it's a great motivator!

    Thanks for this idea...I am going to use it!! Love the will help me keep on track plus mix up my exercising so I don't get bored!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
