Strength Training on the Go.

When I am at work, I take strength training breaks twice a day.

In the bathroom, I do 2 reps of wall push-ups, 2 reps of wall rocking (chair rocking without the chair), wall squats, standing adduction and standing abduction, just to name a few. If anything can be done standing. Take 5-10 minutes of you down time or break time to add a little strength training. emoticon

    I love the idea. . .and do this kind of stuff. . .I have been known to even hide behind the cubicle partition and do actual pushups. . .I have no clue what Wall Rocking is however, can you please explain that further?!

    That's the ticket...squeeze your workout in wherever you can. It's been shown that sitting too much, and that is what a lot of jobs have us do, is not good for you so break it up.
