Strength Training on the Go.

When I am at work, I take strength training breaks twice a day.

In the bathroom, I do 2 reps of wall push-ups, 2 reps of wall rocking (chair rocking without the chair), wall squats, standing adduction and standing abduction, just to name a few. If anything can be done standing. Take 5-10 minutes of you down time or break time to add a little strength training. emoticon

  • I love the idea. . .and do this kind of stuff. . .I have been known to even hide behind the cubicle partition and do actual pushups. . .I have no clue what Wall Rocking is however, can you please explain that further?! - by MARIAX2MARIA
  • That's the ticket...squeeze your workout in wherever you can. It's been shown that sitting too much, and that is what a lot of jobs have us do, is not good for you so break it up. - by PLATINUM755
