After you have determined that you are indeed hungry, MAKE SURE you have acceptable choices on hand - healthy nuts or seeds, fruits, veggies, hard pretzels, butter-less popcorn, etc. Then you will not be tempted to consume high calories fat-laden snacks!

    One of my favourite MUNCHIE foods is Popchips. A 40 gram serving is 180 calories and only 6 grams of fat. WAY better than regular deep fried chips.
