If I know I'm going to indulge in high calorie goodies, I enter it into the food tracker in the morning so I know how many more calories I have to work with for the rest of the day. It usually keeps me from going over my limit.

    doing the same thing.... at the end of the day when I get home, I check and see what's "left" and if I'm hungry, I'll fill in the gap.
