Well, I am just coming out of a "two steps backwards" phase and I am now getting back on track. How do I get back on track? I log in to SparkPeople and go to my points page. Then, I try to earn as many points as possible and before you know it, I'm feeling motivated, educated and encouraged! Try it yourself!! It's fun and it works!

i am addicted to getting as many spark points i can every day. i have been a little under the weather lately and have had no problem getting my points everyday. now that i am feeling better, it is back to the gym and i don't have time to do my spark points, i am totally bummed!!!
Leave that calorie- hog Mayo off your sandwiches and try healthier and more flavorful alternatives.
I like using a little hummus or guacamole on veggie sandwiches...they have some fat, but are okay in moderation and have lots more flavor than Mayo. On meat sandwiches find a good mustard you like. Or instead of adding Cheese AND Mayo to your sandwich, how about a spreadable cheese and no mayo?
