Well, I am just coming out of a "two steps backwards" phase and I am now getting back on track. How do I get back on track? I log in to SparkPeople and go to my points page. Then, I try to earn as many points as possible and before you know it, I'm feeling motivated, educated and encouraged! Try it yourself!! It's fun and it works!

    I am glad to know that I am not the only one who feels that the SparkPoints are an important Motivator. I know that MANY Days I would not exercise as long if it wasn't for wanting to pick up ALL 24 of my Fitness Points that day.

    I have been struggling to get back on track so I decided to check out which secret could help remotivate me. All of them sound good. I have actually used the point hog strategy before, but never connected it like you have. THANKS!

    this is exactly how i feel, i just have to have that changed mindset about moving my body more when i'm doing simple chores around the house or watching tv.

    I can honestly say that the SparkPoints get me back in the groove quicker than anything else. I had recently taken a two or three week hiatus from Spark, and am trying to get motivated again. The points I picked up yesterday and today have certainly inspired me! Thanks for pointing it out!
