If you hang around people who exercise regularly and eat in healthy ways, you are absolutely going to succeed in becoming a healthy YOU.

On the other hand, if you only hang around those who don't exercise regularly or eat healthy foods, there is a huge chance you will fail.

    That is so true. My friends in college were health nuts but my friends in university liked food a little too much and every time we got together food was involved. I slowly started to take on their habits of eating all the wrong foods and one day my scale showed me I have going down the wrong path and it has been a struggle to get back to what need to be HEALTHY

    I agree... I always say when you are trying to get healthy stay away from fat friends...they sabatage every time!
