The weight loss program that works best for me is very simple and long term. It cost you absolutely nothing. The program is a bit difficult the first thirty days but then your system will adjust. Guys & Gals trust me, it's the only long term program that works. EAT LESS & EXERCISE MORE
Eat anything you want including deserts, just eat less. I watch my calorie intake for snacks. V8 juice 70 cal, Low cal energy bars, Quaker puts out a 90 cal. No sugar other then natural as in fruits. Mix drinks w/diet soda. Bloody Marys w/V8 spicy. Coors Lite 105 cal. Eat fruit on an empty stomach
