  • I find I drink more water if it is at room temperature. I know for me it is because I can't chug cold drinks because of the brain freeze factor. Also this time of year I don't really want cold drinks that much. - by KCOCEAN

I do this and it is true for me anyways. I fill my 32 0z cup and it sits where ever I am and I drink 3 of those a day. & sometimes a little more. - by FXYGMA
  • Really...is this true?? Why is this the case...just curious, I've never heard this...I've found cold water or water with ice is most refreshing to me...not sure why.

    Interesting though. - by FITFABME2
