I find I drink more water if it is at room temperature. I know for me it is because I can't chug cold drinks because of the brain freeze factor. Also this time of year I don't really want cold drinks that much.

I do this and it is true for me anyways. I fill my 32 0z cup and it sits where ever I am and I drink 3 of those a day. & sometimes a little more.

Really...is this true?? Why is this the case...just curious, I've never heard this...I've found cold water or water with ice is most refreshing to me...not sure why.

Interesting though.
