Finding time to get out to the gym can be tough so having an exercise program that is already designed for you that you can do in your living room is great. I would recommend Power90. It's a workout that you do in the comfort of your own home. And don't worry you won't get bored because Power 90 has a progression of exercises designed over a course of 90 days.

    I do all of my workouts at home. If I went to a gym, it would take too much time going and coming back.

    This is my favorite way to workout. There is never an issue with the weather or having to drive somewhere and fight traffic. I have a collection of various kinds of fitness videos from yoga & pilates to 30 day shred and the firm workouts. I also have inexpensive equipment such as handweights and mats.
