If you have a baby that is starting to get solids all starter baby food is healthy. So if your baby is having puree mango for snack then you have a fresh mango as well. It really helps if you make your own baby food while doing this. This helps me get back to the basics of food and clean eating.

    So true also it helps them know that it's Dinner time or whatever meal is being eaten and it's done with family.

Two - they will build a schedule to eat at certain hours which will help them physically.
