Seems like a lot of the healthiest options are also some of the most expensive. If you're like me and you're used to saving money above all else, it may be hard to spend extra money on healthier food.
If there are some foods you absolutely can't spend too much on, no matter how healthy they are for you, don't. Yet if you do that with some, counter-balance it with some foods that are MUCH healthier than the other options and pay for it.
It's a comfortable medium.
