Find Balance Between Healthy Foods And Inexpensive Foods.

Seems like a lot of the healthiest options are also some of the most expensive. If you're like me and you're used to saving money above all else, it may be hard to spend extra money on healthier food.

If there are some foods you absolutely can't spend too much on, no matter how healthy they are for you, don't. Yet if you do that with some, counter-balance it with some foods that are MUCH healthier than the other options and pay for it.

It's a comfortable medium.

I think it is ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL that they always charge MORE for "No Salt Added" or low sodium foods!!!! I have yet to taste my first organic food - because THAT costs more. It is SO difficult to eat healthy when you are struggling to survive at all.
