Circuit Training And Counting....I Call It The Two C'S



If I count what I eat every day and I do at least 30 min of circuit training or interval training about 5 days a week (at home to a DVD), I will lose a pound or two at the end of the week. If I stop counting I will not lose. I call it the two C's to success, Counting and Circuit training.

  • Spend 30 minutes in front of a dvd circuit training (higher calorie burn).....instead of watching 30 minutes of some tv show, that may depress you.....and you will not only lose weight but feel much more energized and happier. - by U4RMSSLK1
