Make sure you are moving. Find things you like doing-zumba or dance at home I love the step classes.
It will come off.Don't give up & be honest with yourself.
Eat one slice of pizza not more. emoticon

Read the labels on your food, check for sugar content and carbs. Up your protein and omit foods that have more than 3 grams of sugar in them. Eat nothing white, like bread pasta, biscuits. Carbohydrates are foods that turn to sugar inside the body. Eat only about 60 gram of carbs a day. You'll see the difference right away. Don't get depressed...it took 35 days for me to lose a pound, I hit a plateau, but I lost 2 inches in my waist. Now I'm starting to lose again. I'm down 46lbs in in less than a year...and still going....

you can do! you just have to keep telling yourself that you are worth the hard work and that if you keep going you will eventually see results. its hard for me to keep track and write down what i ate. its just too much. while you are exercising (crunches) just close your eyes and envision what you want to feel and look like and keep telling yourself i can do it it will be worth it

oh! i went thru the same situation!! it was so disappointing and discouraging! What I did was i religiously logged in every thing that i ate and also i made a list of things that i think may be attacking my progress and made an effort to change them..It really worked!

I would be disappointed too. Maybe you need to change it up a bit. Are you at a plateau? I just started back on here after being off for over a year. I wasn't trying to lose weight, i was just dreaming that one day i would wake up and it would be gone but unfortunately, that's not how it works. A lot of people tell me they could not, nor, would want to do what I do...but i count my calories and it really works because until you realize how much you are actually eating, you never really care, or think it's that bad. I found out that to maintain my weight, i need to consume 2100 calories a day. To lose 1 lb a week i need to consume about 1500/day. 1500 is a lot of calories when you are eating the right foods. Well, i have decided to eat a range of between 1200-1500 calories a day and i know the weight will drop because the last time i did it, i lost 5lbs in my first week. I don't know if that helps but it works for me! Good luck and stay with it!
