Some days it's hard for me to get in all of the water that I should be. I find that when I drink water through a straw I'm consuming more without realizing it or without feeling that I'm forcing myself to drink it. So I either drink with a straw in my glass or use a water bottle with a straw built in.
Drink water with a straw! I have a few insulated cold drink tumblers with screwtop lids and straws that I rotate throughout the week and I find I drink far more water this way. The water is right there, ready to drink. No more trying to unscrew a water bottle while driving/working out. I keep it at my desk at work and whenever I get up for a break, I down the remaining water and fill it back up on my way back to my desk.
