At any point in your program it is easy to get caught up in the habits you've built up. Always consider what a relevant and doable action step is that will move you toward your goal and then start it. You will find that little steps bring little successes and that's how you build to the bigger results!

MORE INFORMATION:
It's seems silly that I try to accomplish huge goals with one action step. Learning to consistently balance my food intake took about 3 months , building up to 60 minutes of cardio took a month. I manage to limit my unreasonable expectations by looking at just another step forward!

    I have a hard time not getting depressed if I put in weeks of effort and don't see much. But then I remember that it took time to dig the hole I'm in so it will take time to get back out. You are so right on with this post it dose take "baby steps".
