Steel Studded Running Shoes

Better yet... buy Ice Bugs... athletic shoes from Sweden that come pre-studded with non-slip carbide studs. ( Also, the studs retract back into the shoe sole when you walk indoors or on hard surfaces, so you don't wear them out.) - by CAROLYN1ALASKA
