I walk on treadmill for 30 min in the morning & I walk 5 days a week for 30 min at work by combining my two 15 min breaks.

    I also walk during my break at work, such a great way to get your exercise in and then not worry about for the rest of the day!! Also great for those of us who sit at a desk during the day. - by MARISERV
