I have a small note book that I have written down positive self-talk statements. I go over them 3 times a day and when I find myself say something unacceptable, I replace it with one of my positive self-talk statements. It really is making a difference.244 I am seeing the change in me!!
Keep a positive attitude, have positive self-talk (support yourself like you would others), and make your goals positive (not "Don't do this" or "Stop that).
