When I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago, I discovered rice crackers. They are little, spicy, crunchy morsels and super cheap! When I craved a late night snack or a little something to munch on between meals, they were perfect! I highly recommend!
OH and PS... we used to joke about how when you eat them it lets off a gross fart-like odour into the air. So maybe don't break out those babies when your on a big date or something. lol
