Don't try to overhaul your entire life in one day. Choose a new plan or two every week until your lifestyle slowly becomes healthy. Choose simple things first, like drinking 8 cups of water, but then work up to bigger changes, like running 2 miles every other morning! It really works! emoticon

    Evey day I come and read all the message and I realize that I'm not alone. I might not write but I keep in touch some ways. I also keep a picture of myself in each room to remind myself why I'm doing this. For me. emoticon

    It's good to just work on one or two things to change at a time. Once you get those changes down then you can move onto another. You can't change everything at once and you need to be patient. If you mess up one day don't let that be the slide to go down. Pick yourself up and forget what you did and get back to your success on changing.

    IM TAKING IT ONE DAY AT A TIME AND CHANGING THE FOOD I EAT...ITS HARD BUT IM PRESSING ON .I ALSO HAVE THE HELP OF SPARKPEOPLE....THANKS EVERYONE
