I am recently recovering from some health issues so I was unable to be real active. I am now catching up with the things I neglected, but I know I need to take things slow. I was thinking on my way home from the store, keep the pace slow. Take time to do the everyday things. Don't be in such a hurry to get everything accomplished. I make a small list every day and mark things off as I get them done. It gives me a feeling of accomplishment and I am slowing down.

"When you live on cash, you understand the limits of the world around which you navigate each day. Credit leads into a desert with invisible boundaries." -Anton Chekhov (Russian author and playwright, 1860-1904)
