I learned a lot about losing weight with Weight Watchers and a little about maintenance. I came to SparkPeople and learned more about losing and a lot more about weight maintenance. I got The Beck Diet Solution and am learning many more skills in dealing with food and thinking like a thin person.
I lost weight by eating frequently and never allowing my hunger to get too great. I'm thinking more like a thin person now that I am learning to tolerate some hunger and learning I don't need to give in to cravings.
