My daughter and I have discovered that climbing our stairs at home for 20 minutes is a killer exercise.
We set our ipods to play 4 of our favorite songs and by the time they are over our exercise is done! This is great because it requires no equipment and perfect no matter what the weather!!250
I choose the farthest bathroom at my work, the one that I have to climb a set of stairs to get to, instead of the one right around the corner from my office. Because I drink LOTS of water :-) I find myself going there often. I use the opportunity to also jog up the stairs instead of just climb. I think it really helps! 41
When I drive to work or a store I find one of the furthest parking spots from the door and then I feel it adds steps and walking to my day. Also using stairs instead of escalators or elevators adds extra steps.
When everyone else takes the escalator I run the stairs and beat them to our destination:)
