When you are real busy and can't seem to get your exercise routine done, do simple exercises while cooking, talking on the telephone or watching the news. You can do simple exercises like leg lifts, streches etc.

I try to remember to walk around the kitchen while the kettle is boiling - it's a new habit to get into and I'm not doing as well as I should. School report: "7 out of 10. Must try harder!"
if I can't get my work outs in for whatever reason, I fidget. cooking...I stand on my tip toes and lower several times. Walk on my heels a little bit, do standing crunches while brushing my teeth or stirring whatever cooking...etc...
