The old diet standbys of grapefruit, cabbage with low calorie veggie soup, and crisp salads are good to include in healthy eating plans. They help to fill you up and give you needed nutrients. They are not, however, sufficient for sustenance. Give up the "diets" of less than 1000 calories and develop full healthy eating plans of 1200 or more calories daily. You'll feel better, lose weight, and be able to stick to it!!
