I had to find things I already liked doing. I used to run a lot when I was younger and truly enjoyed it. I also love to cook. I decided to start back into running slowly and made a pack to not eat out. I am at the end of week 4 of this and am on a roll.
These are 2 things that worked for me, find your own things you already like and learn to love them!
