I haven't found many people with my specific issue, but I love bubblegum and it had to be the sugar kind. I'd chew then discard after flavor ran out on to pop in another piece. Now I chew Glee gum. You can find it at Natural Foods stores. It stops the cravings and way less calories and carbs.
I can actually track the gum in my nutrition tracker so no more cheating.
