Flaxseed oil is good for the heart because it is the richest source of alpha-linolenic acid. Flaxseed itself (ground or whole) also contains lignans, which may have antioxidant actions to help cancer, constipation, hemorrhoids and diverticular disease, reduces inflammation in the joints, kidneys and skin, but also lowers cholesterol levels. Flaxseed oil is a good source of Omega 3 and good for the diabetic and their heart. Get some today!

    Hi, sounds really good. I have been taking Fish Oil capsules, but this sounds like it is better. How much do you take of the OIL??

    I have flax seeds oil capsules twice daily,although they are expensive.But worth it!
