Whether I've had a "good" eating day or a "bad" one, I can stop myself from snacking in the evening (when I'm not even hungry!) by brushing my teeth. Once I've done my nighttime brushing/flossing routine, I know the only thing I can have is water. If I do eat, I know I'll just have to go brush my teeth again...too tired at the end of the night for another round of brushing!!
