I like to pre make batch food and put them in to containers.. some for now and some for later. This way when my family is eating something I cant, or I need a quick meal rather than grabbing something high in fat and callories. I grab one of my pre-made portioned meals!
I eat my frozen vanilla yogurt straight from the measuring cup.
I use the nutritional plan right now; I know the portions are right and I am meeting all my catergories of calories, fat, carbs, and protein. When I eat my yogurt, I just scoop it into the 1/2 cup measuring cup, grab a spoon and eat. No need to grab a bowl or mug.
