Increase Intensity

Change what you are doing. I like to eat, so I exercise more to make up for it. As soon as I am not struggling to finish my exercises I increase the intensity, more speed and incline on treadmill, more reps of bodyweight exercises. If it gets easy you're not really exercising.

    I have found that even just a little increase (in time) or brief, really intense increase can really help me.
