So I plan my meals ahead for the week and make as many of them as I can on Sunday. I then freeze them and heat them up again on the day.

I never say no to ANY kind of food.. But what i DO, do is plan ahead for them. Typically Dinner is our largest meal. So i sit down with the sunday paper, check what's on sale and plan the dinner meals for the week. Makes breakfast and lunch choices a whole lot easier. Plus i save money TOO!
