Let's face it. We all have busy lives. I know I'm putting in 10 hours a day at least usually. That doesn't leave a lot of time for cooking, exercising, and enjoying time with family. And cooking healthy sometimes takes longer and is less appealing than grabbing that fast food or quickly making something not good for you. So I plan my meals ahead for the week and make as many of them as I can on Sunday. I then freeze them and heat them up again on the day.
This is also a great way that you can then have all your food portioned out ahead of time. This has significantly helped me eat healthier and have more time to exercise and do the things I want to do for myself like reading.
