I wanted to loose weight before getting pregnant so I bought the wii and the biggest loser game. I worked out and stopped eating all the junk I was and I lost 40 pounds in two months. I managed to keep most of it off even after having a baby. I am 4 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and he is 3 weeks old.
Support, support, support and keep up with it. It is hard but well worth it.

I just completed weight watchers..........so I am combining weight watchers plus points and Sparks I note all my food intake on sparks and count the points. So the free fruit and veggies on WW .... I will eat until I make the Sparks calorie goals.......works well together. I note my WW points in the note section at the end of each day. 252

Think about how GOOD you feel when your clothes fit loose!
While you are on your diet and you have already lost some pounds, when you feel you want to "cheat" just think about how good you felt when you tried on your clothes and it fit loose...think that what you are about to eat is not going to make you feel as good as those loose clothes or jeans! Guaranteed you will not eat it!
