How I Lost 40 Pounds

I wanted to loose weight before getting pregnant so I bought the wii and the biggest loser game. I worked out and stopped eating all the junk I was and I lost 40 pounds in two months. I managed to keep most of it off even after having a baby. I am 4 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and he is 3 weeks old.

Support, support, support and keep up with it. It is hard but well worth it.

    i want to do the same, lose my excess weight before i get pregnant. Im a 26yrs old, married a yr now and planning on having a baby soon but i dont want to deal with baby weight and my excess 20lbs. gr8 tip! much thx :)
