Cranberry juice is a good alternative to soft drinks and it can be good for you.
Research has shown that cranberry juice can lower the risk of urinary tract infections and can shorten the length of an established infection.
It does this by increasing the acidic level in your kidneys.
It also makes the lining of your bladder slippery, which also lowers the risk of URI's.
