Even when things seem to be going against you, take the time to count your blessings. Maintaining a daily gratitude journal will help keep your Positive Mental Attitude healthy. I log 5 different gratitudes daily. This helps keep me feeling grateful instead of focused on the negatives in my life.

    This is a lovely "Secret" shared. Although we may not keep a "Gratitude Journal", we can affirm the positive things in our day/life aloud to a friend or a loved one each day. This helps us focus forward!

    Yes, I think graditutde logs are the easiest way for any age person to rebound from the depths of negative thinking.
