Secrets of Success

Ab Lounge Exerciser

The reason I like the Ab Lounge is that it gives my head and neck the support I seem to require vs. doing ab exercises on a mat on the floor where I'm prone to wrongly using my head and neck to "assist." For me ab work is torturous and the Ab Lounge is the "spotter" I need to help prevent cheating.

More Information:

Not sure if they're still being sold?? I would suggest the more expensive mesh fabric Ab Lounge instead of the cheaper blue canvas that I purchased, simply because I think it would be somewhat cooler (temperature-wise) to work out with. Also I listen to favorite music while using the Ab Lounge!

  • I like the ab lounger, too. I'm not able to do regular ab crunches or sit ups because it hurts my back and this allows me to work my abs with the support I need. - by GRAMMY13X
I'm sorry, I don't know if the Ab Lounge will prevent that particular issue because although the pressure is greatly lessened on the head and neck, the abs still have to do some strenuous work. - by ALLTHNGSTHRUHIM
I'm interested to here more because I, too, use my neck too much when doing traditional ab workouts. And even 10 years after having the 3rd baby in 3 years, I still have a bit of a "leakage" issue when doing sit ups. : ( - by CAROLINECHICAGO
I haven't heard of the Ab Circle Pro. I'll be sure to look it up. Thank you for the heads up. - by ALLTHNGSTHRUHIM
  • Have you tried the Ab Circle Pro? Looks like a lot of fun and easy to do but I don't want to spend the money on a piece of exercise equipment that will sit in the house and collect dust. Any opinions? - by MSCHELLE0370
