The bread at Subway has way more calories than any other sandwich component. 9-grain whole wheat has the fewest calories. Order a 12" sub, remove half the bread, and you have yourself an extra thick 6" sandwich! Turkey or ham, with tons of veggies and vinegar for dressing, and no cheese gives you a very filling 500 calorie meal.

Trip munchies ..how to stop them in their tracks..
I dread trips..it seems I can't control my eating . This last trip a friend and I decided we would ONLY eat at Subway. It worked out great. I tried their breakfast sandwich and it was good as well. On each sandwich I got double veggies..very satisfying, plus I tried the sweet onion dressing , Good!
My family loves to go out to eat at fast food places and honestly I do to but its not that great for my diet so while they go out to Wendy's or Mcdonald's instead of going without I go to Subway... That way I still get to go out to eat but its a lot less calories and fat then what they are eating... And I feel good about myself cause I didn't cheat211
Pack your lunch 4 days a week to save money, then buy a low-cost lunch (Subway would be a good choice!) as a treat. This way you keep your lunch costs low but don't feel deprived (if you like eating out, that is!)
