We all get stressed and need to breath. Best way to do that is think of your Happy Place....Literally. We all have one place we love and are always happy at. Get a picture of that place and put it where you will need it the most, like desktop of your work computer. Then when you need that moment to breath, look at your happy place, take a deep breath, and you will feel much better.

I like the happy place idea. While driving to work I practice my breathing to clear my mind. Then I pray and talk to God what I'm greatful about. That starts my day in the right place.

FIND YOUR HAPPY PLACE
My way of keeping motivated is to find my happy place when ever I feel stressed. Just pick a place in your mind that makes you feel relaxed and calm. I always picture sitting on a mountain side where I overlook a lake with wildlife. There are so many wildflowers and birds. Close your eyes and feel the calmness of nature flow within you.
When I find it hard to stay positive I just pick up a good book one that will make me feel happy and cheerful. This helps me to stay positive and focused.
Moving can be traumatic. It's common to do a house blessing or throw a party when you move into a new place, but I have found it really helpful when you are moving out! With family and close friends, in each room share a memory (happy, sad, or otherwise) and offer a hope for the new people who will soon occupy that place. It brings a lot of healing and helps with letting go for the whole family.
