Eat brown rice because its high in bulk and will make you feel full, it's easy to prepare and has no cholesterol or sodium in it. Pair Brown rice with black or red beans, brown Rice with broccoli and sesame seeds, or ham chunks and rice just for a few ideas. Good in helping keep the pounds off. 1 serving of Success Brown Rice is 150 calories. Enjoy!

    I was reminded of all this when my Poppo became a diabetic. He loves ham and with ham you really don't need any other salt.
