I made my mind up to get fit and eat healthy,l found a website that the exercises were suited for me:OOS(Out of Shape);although round is a shape.lol.Then I came across Spark People and was intrigued and excited by the feedback from members.Now I exercise,eat from the nutrition plan,with few substitutes and have started walking a mile every 2nd day but soon to be every day.Yay,no more creaky joints.198

If you hate the thought of staring down the numbers on a tape measure each week, use a piece of string or yarn instead! Wrap the string around the part you want to measure, then cut. Each time you measure, use that same piece of string. Now you can check your progress without being concerned with the numbers attached to it!
