Motivation is not something you have or don't nor does it run out. Motivation is the result of daily effort to do the things that help you stay focused, relaxed and positive. So keep a folder of motivational articles/blogs/success stories where you can read them again and again, create visual reminders of your goals, track food, exercise, blog, make some me-time, find a hobby, set up a support network, do anything and everything it takes every single day. Chose to be motivated, do your part!
