Next time you see your motivation falter, rather than seeking excuses that let you out of doing exercise, brainstorm the reasons for doing exercise. Additionally, I imagine how proud of myself I am when I have had a great workout. This helps motivate me to do it.

Some mornings I find it very hard to get out of bed to start my excercise, but I know that my whole day will go better if I start out with excercise rather than sleeping in. So I just repeat in my head over and over again "You'll feel better today if you excercise!" Some days it takes longer than other for this to finally kick my but out of bed- but it always works!
