Never EVER fret if you have been sticking to your SparkDiet and working out, but aren't losing the weight.
I have lost three pounds in three months, but I can see my body changing from a muscular perspective. Muscle weighs more than fat, so losing fat/weight can be coupled with the gaining of heavy muscle.

Weight is just like age - NOTHIN' BUT A NUMBER!

    You will never know how much I have needed to read this today! I too can see the changes but that scale number is creeping along.
