Never EVER fret if you have been sticking to your SparkDiet and working out, but aren't losing the weight. I have lost three pounds in three months, but I can see my body changing from a muscular perspective. Muscle weighs more than fat, so losing fat/weight can be coupled with the gaining of heavy muscle.

I have many cake decorator tips and sometimes even 2 or 3 of the SAME tip because I use them that often! It is VERY HARD TO SEE the numbers imprinted on each tip so,when I get a new tip I label it with my labelmaker from Brother. It saves time when trying to locate a tip and it can make it through the dishwasher in a special bag for tips [although I hand wash them ,too! I use the dishwasher to sterilize it even more!]. If the label does fade, I use a permanent marker to relabel it.
Additional tips of the same number I label as back-up tip #2, 3 or whatever number it is.
My "To Do" lists are usually miles long! So... I break them up into sections... A. is for things that must happen today, then number them 1,2,3,etc. B. is for the things that could wait a day, also number 1,2,3,etc. C. is the the things that need to happen in the next week or two, again number 1,2,3,etc.
