Mornings are not my best time of day. As a stay at home mom, I can flit away a few hours of the morning and then wonder where the time went. My new working plan is to plan my morning the night before. When I get into bed, I think about what I want to accomplish and then visualize myself performing my planned activities. This morning I was very slow moving. Because I had planned and visualized my morning, I accomplished my plan. Slowly, but I accomplished it all the same!
Benefit: A body in motion stays in motion. Being productive in the morning carries on into the rest of the day.
