Everyone can make a good excuse...the only thing i make is time to workout. On days that i work, i get up and hour early to make sure that i have at least 60 mins in for the day in case i cannot workout in the afternoon..if i can GREAT! 2 workouts in one day is even better!

No time to Spark seems to have resulted in not making time for my fitness routine. I'm coming up to what could be the busiest time of my life and I'm going to keep Sparking my way through it! :-D My success seems to encourage others, so LET THE SPARKING BEGIN! (again!) ;-D 185
This is silly but I would normally get dressed in my work out clothes 1st thing in the morning....even if I wasnt going to work out right away! I would wear them all day till I worked out. I hated to take them off if I didn't work out. It made all the difference! I almost always made time to workout
